Amazon India — return item refund not received till date

This is regarding my ordered on nov 27,[protected]-6181107)

I had returned this order as per your

Pickup time:

Saturday, dec 2, 2017, 10:00 - 13:00 pickup tracking id:

In the above refered order i had 2 item of which only i have received refund of only one item. I have complained many time on customer service number every time they are promising they will refund me next 48 hours. But its almost 2 month i am not getting my refund. Now they are not answering my calls.

You can check my accounts since how long i am your customer and this is the first time i had returned my ordered that too because of very low quality product. And this is the way you people are harassing me to get my refund for the product which your people have collected from my home and that too without giving any receipt of return.

Its my humble request to look into the matter at the earliest and let me know whether you are going to give my refund or not.

Please look into the matter at the earliest & oblige.
