Item is returnable within return window as per amazon policies.
We created Return Pickup many times within the return window. We are returning the item in its original condition. The ground team is not coming to pick it up and they are also not communicating with us. We have a right to get refund since its not our fault if ground team is not picking up the item.
Returns were created many times as under for the same product:
Return created for 4th april - No one came to pick up item.
Return created for 5th april - No one came to pick up item.
Return created again for 8th april by Customer care representative - No one came to pick up item. Also there was no communication from ground team. Customer Care representative told that they raised an investigation on ground team and asked us to wait till 14th april for refund. We also added our bank account as requested by customer care representative.
Return created again for 15th april by Customer representative since 14th was sunday - Customer care representative told us that we can call back to them again on 16th april and they shall issue refund anyhow if not picked up.
Then we contacted Customer care on 16th april and asked them to escalate return as my refund was being delayed.
On 16th april, we contacted customer care, and then all of a sudden their tone changed for this matter and they said that the return window has closed and so they cannot create any more returns.
Item return window was till 10th april, however we created return very early on 4th april.
Please note that we have created a return for this order number[protected] in good faith and well within the return window. Also the item is being returned in its original unused condition and have also taken lots and lots of follow-ups with customer care representative ON CALL, ALSO ALL OUR CALLS WITH AMAZON WERE ON RECORDED LINE AS PER AMAZON POLICIES which can be checked and verified any time by amazon. DESPITE ALL OUR CALLS WITH AMAZON WERE DULY RECORDED, WE AM CURRENTLY FACING THIS HARASSMENT BY CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE AND ACCOUNT SPECIALIST. We have already attached all proofs of so many returns created for the product but item never got picked up which is certainly not our fault.
All above details that we discussed with amazon on call were very well recorded by amazon and hence there is no scope of getting the return window closed for this order since all discussions were recorded.
PLEASE FIND ATTACHED ALL PROOFS OF ALL RETURNS CREATED FOR SO MANY DATES SINCE ITEM WAS NOT BEING PICKED UP. ATTACHMENTS ARE THE PROOF THAT RETURNS WERE CREATED WITHIN RETURN WINDOW.
We sincerely request you to get the item return picked up as early as possible and initiate a refund for the same.
