Amazon India — return pick up is not initiated and sms received as pick cancelled

Dear sir/madam
I have ordered one mobile charging cable but the item received was not as per requirement so I have initiated for return/replacement. Accordingly my return pick up for[protected] was scheduled for 05/07/18 between 1-7PM . but at 4.37 PM one sms received as my pick is cancelled. Request to resolve the issue either by replacement of refund.

I am rishabh Shukla.mai Amazon se Lenovo k6 note ka sreen guard 28/06/2018 ko book Kiya that.lekin jab product Ghar par courier ke dwara deliver hua.aur Maine product ko open Kia to product dusara tha o glass Lenovo k6 note ka nahi tha.
