Amazon India — Rude Behaviour of Delivery Boy in Kerala

I ordered a Redmi phone in a EMI payment option (order #[protected].
Item delivery was on expected date ie 20/07/2020. But the delivery boy is not ready to deliver in my door step because of the ambiguity in my land mark. The land mark I given was a church name. But the delivery boy went to a another church in the same name. He call me to receive the item from the wrong place. From his phone call I understood that he was aware of the two churches with same name but he didn't give me a call before he reaches the wrong place. His behavior was very rude and he travel me a lot of distance again from the place he supposed to be wait. His name is Sabin. These type of person is not suit for a reputed company like Amazon. So I expect a strict action against this delivery boy. I am a Amazon customer since 2011. If I get these type of rude experience again from Amazon delivery boy then I force to stop using Amazon.
