Amazon India — samsung 138 cm tv ua55nu6100 delivery fraud | |||
I have placed order for this TV unit set and it’s been delivered to my home. TV set was packed properly but after two days technician came to install the TV set at home and told that his system shows that TV already installed before the delivery date and also the TV unit from inside seems to be used before delivering as all the packets from inside was opened. The technician told as this TV set shows installed he can’t install it again. Now we are struggling with Amazon and SAMSUNG to initiate refund or replace the TV. As Samsung says it’s already installed because delivery happened by Amazon and they misused there process and used TV before installing here. And Amazon says it’s Samsung’s responsibility. Why can’t Amazon investigate more on this as they have all the details of TV Unit number and who delivered the TV. How come it is possible that TV got installed on 1 OCT and delivery happened on 20 OCT. Clear case of fraud. Think 1000 times before ordering Was this information helpful? | |||
