Amazon India — saregama carvaan - charging cable and adapter not working

Hi,
I had purchased saregama carvaan on 15th dec 2018. Now i am experiencing issue with the charging cable and adapter. Both of them are not working.
Let me know where should i complain about this.

It is under manufacturer's warranty. The charging cable and charging adapter are not working.
