Amazon India — sent defective ups and not taking it back

Updated by archie.89 also I would like to inform that first they said that they have issued refund for the same and it will take 3-5 working days for the refund to credit in my bank account. I waited for 3-4 days and asked again as I did not receive the refund. Then they said that refund will be issued within 24 hrs and apologied for inconvinience caused. Again I did not receive it. So I contacted them again. Now they said that its a non returnable product so we cant do anything about it. We will not issue refund and earlier we have promised to issue refund for that also we are sorry that we have made false promises.
They have wasted many hours of my time and not provided with any resolution. Pls stop buying anything from amazon as they dont take responsibility for the item once its delivered. and they have started to send defective and duplicate items misusing the plateform.
