Amazon India — since 25 december 2017 I am waiting for original invoice.

I have been waiting for the original invoice since last year as amazon provided me a fake one without imei number on the invoice, since then i have contacted like 1000 times and each time the executive told me that i will get update in 5 days and like that 6 months passed now.
Now i want refund, take the product back.
