Dear sir madam,

We've received the surya automatic 3-burner gas stove and not function properly. Complaint registered on 14.11.17 and till date either not visited your service engineer nor free replacement not received.

Problem: gas stove fire all over (Complaint copy attached herewith for your ready ref.)

Please help us to interchange the gas stove immediately.
