Amazon India — two double amount received but not refunded

Dear sir/ma'am,
Please help me because my money block from 12/11/2018 but amazon customer care don't want to refund my money because i am contacting to care from 12/11/2018 and received a repeated reply (Sorry), but bank send proof (Pfa) that showing money transfer to amazon. Amazon again and again wants different things and provided by me but still no response from amazon (Care executive and senior person said your proof showing payment transfer to amazon but i have no power for further process.
They want dispute file details so send me a format to fill that also provide by but again no response (Please see order id: 1.[protected].[protected]Showing only one order number because i had applied retry option on cancelled transaction.)
Payment method [cards/nb/pod/gc/emi] if applicable: upi payment method (Transactions no. 1.[protected].[protected]
Amount to be refunded: two amounts (1. 1, 000/- 2. 1, 230/-) = 2, 230/-
