[Resolved] Amazon India — Unable to close my account. | |
They simply have written 'to close the account contact us'. They have not given the 'close account' option in the chat or in the call options. None of their helpline numbers or working. I need to close the account as i will be away from my computer for a long time and will not be using internet. My given contact details are [protected] email [protected]@gmail.com. Jun 29, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved today i was able to contact their phone service and deleting of account was processed soon. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
