[Resolved]  Amazon India — Unable to solve the issue regarding order no.[protected] ) Samsung Galaxy on5 pro gold

I have Purchased Samsung Galaxy on5 pro with exchange offer (order no.[protected].) The product send by seller was a defective product. I inform amazon to replace it. Amazon collect the new mobile but not given any other mobile.
I have no extra mobile because Amazon has taken old mobile and new one also. Without mobile I am unable to contact anyone so its heavy loss of my business. I spend money also but still waiting for mobile.
When I contect amazon customer care centre the customer care persons are totally misguiding me . On Saturday 18/02/2017 told me that you will get your replaced new mobile on 22/02/2017. After 48 hrs on 21/02/2017 I called for new update I was informed that he has given you wrong information. you will get your mobile after 7 to 15 days. I was shocked to hear this new update. Amazon has given me Mental tension and amazon is harashing me, misguiding me.Without solving my issue disconnected my call . During callTeam ascelation Mr. Rahul has given me lot of mental tention . Now I am unable to purchase new mobile from market because I have already spend the money to amazon.

Sir I am sorry to inform you that I am a registered customer of amazon last 2 years with 1-registered email -([email protected]) 2- registered Mobile no. 9969130840, 3-Registered Name- Seema Pramod Pandey. 4-Registered address- A-201, Janki Niwas, Tapovan, Rani sati Marg, Malad East, Mumbai- 400097. I have registered a complaint against my product Samsung Galaxy on5pro under Exchange offer to the Consumer Forum. In my complaint I have given alternate mobile no. On that Mobile on Amazon person from Bhopal on Monday Evening 20/02/2017 called me and asked my details and password. By mistake I gave him my password. Today on 21/02/2017 in the morning 07:05 am I received a SMS from [email protected] on my email ([email protected]) that your account has been updated. Your new registered email is ([email protected]). I was shocked to receive this mail that my account has been updated. I come to know that Actually my account was hacked by someone. Hacker has changed my password, Mobile no., Address etc. Now I am unable to open my account because my original account has been hacked. It is very serious matter.
