Amazon India — Unfair trade practice - Delivery date extends every day - Delivery boy not picking the call

I have ordered a product last Saturday and it was scheduled to deliver on Monday. Every day the estimated delivery date changes and tracking ID provided is not a valid ID. Tried reaching customer support but they say that it is in the fulfilment and it MAY reach next day.
