Amazon India — will sue the company in consumer court last chance

I have already submitted my complain two times but still you have not responded to it are you serious about your customers or not?? its being so rude niether you deliver me the my order nor you are ready to refund my money am telling you its really a serious issue. kindly clear my issue as soon as possible or i have to take other action.
