I ordered a product with assured delivery by 17th July 2018 and it dis deliver till 18th, yet i was ok, but i requested them to deliver by 5 PM, made this request from 10 AM and have made 4 calls and chatted with 3 executives, every one had a text book answer we have sent a escalation to delivery team and the agent has no idea of the priority and he is following his own route map (i cant blame him) but even after making 3 nasty calls asking them to inform agent to their delivery team or center to pass this information or make this priority, they have no clue how to do that or what happend to my previous request
