I am very disappointed with Amazon Service and customer support, Because Amazon is making fools of customers at the name of online purchasing.
I returned Boat Airedopes 141 ag order no-[protected] on 21th June to amazon because right Side airedopes of the Boat 141 was missing in the box and when I asked for the return receipt, the guy said that they dont give receipt, you will be get a msg regarding picked up. But till date I haven't received a pickup confirmation or refund amount. After 5-6 Hours I called amazon customer care right away and the Cce told me Your product has been successfully picked up and refund will be credited in your bank A/c.
Also he assured me that amazon will take care of this now and I will definitely get the refund. I didn't get my refund till Today, 23-June-2022, in spite of making unlimited calls. This is a fraud.
As a customer I humble request to amazon teams please resolve my issues on an urgent basis.Otherwise I will publish this matter at every social networking site and also I will take legal action against Amazon. Was this information helpful? |
