[Resolved]  Amazon India — wrist watch

I have ordered an addic millionaire old world charm men's watch vide order #[protected] on 31/09/2017. A dummy packae containing a pices of stone was delivered against my above order on 06/09/2017. Subsequently, i have placed a replacement request vide order no. Order #[protected]. However, during the second time also, they have delivered me a dummy package contining a similar piece of stone on 11/09/2017. This is really ridiculous and serious which needs to be thorougly investigated.

Akhila Vignesh Kamath's response Customer Service is really bad. The boy rejected to deliver it to the address which was different from the mentioned address though the place is only 2 minutes away.
