Amazon India — wrong ac unit delivered | |||
This is regarding my recent purchase with samsung. I am planning to shift in a new house and i bought three 1.5 ton 3 star ac and 55' 4k uhd smart tv from amazon which were delivered in last week of july 2019. Due to sudden family engagement, i had to leave town and i came back on 06 sep 2019. On 07 sep 2019, i registered the installation request and on 08 sep 2019, installation executive visited my place and installed two ac's. But when they opened the third ac they found that the product is mismatched, meaning thereby, indoor unit of ac is of samsung 1 ton 5 star and outdoor unit is of 1.5 ton 3 star. I called amazon and they requested me to submit samsung jon sheet as a proof of evidence of mismatched units. I collected the job sheet from samsung and send it to amazon. Suddenly, amazon changed their statement and denied to exchange the product. And requested m eto bare the loss of rs 40, 000 rupees Was this information helpful? | |||

Ordered item not yet delivered to my address. So many correspondence made with sellers and Amazon, but no solution.
