Amazon India — Wrong goods delivered | |||
Respected sir/madam, I had ordered few grocery items from amazon prime (Ordered no.[protected] on 26th may 2020. I received the goods on 27th of may 2020, out of which only 2 items were correct rest about 10-12 items delivered were incorrect. I immediately calls amazon customer support on 27th may 2020 and the agent / associate raised the complaint/ticket, later asked me to wait for 48 hours and assured that my issue will get resolved. But now today when i called to enquire, amazon so called customer support are saying, i have to wait till 4th june to "check" the updates / progress for the ticket which they actually raised in 28th may 2020.
