Amazon India — wrong information provided by customer care | |
Dear sir/ma'am, Really disappointed that as a prime customer needs to reach you for the resolution. Made an order on 6 aug 2020 via order # [protected]. For the same called on 7.8.20 to amazon's customer care to cancel one of the item i. E mi security camera. They told me to keep required one and return the rest out of the same package to the delivery boy. Did follow the same procedure on date of delivery. But delivery boy told me to keep the both and return via calling to customer care or amazon's app. But now customer care denied to process the return. Sir/ma'am what's my fault. I did the same as discussed. Requesting you to kingly help to process the return request, as the same product is useless for me. Please kindly help. Shakti singh Mail id..
