I purchased a lot of products from Amazon since 2016. I am not facing any issues so far.
In my last order was Acer Nitro 5 Gaming Laptop/12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H Processor 14core/15.6"(39.6cm) FHD 144Hz Display(16GB/512GB SSD/1TB HDD/RTX 3050Ti Graphics/Windows 11/RGB), AN515-58 + Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
This product was delivered around 1:06 PM at 16 Oct 2022. I asked the delivery person this product weight is not even 500grams. My product weight is around 2.2 - 3 KG. I thought it is not a laptop, some other order may be delivering, so he sent OPT message and I shared the OTP to delivery person.
Then I checked what product is delivered in my Amazon account, I was shocked it is a laptop. So asked the delivery person to come and open the parcel and he said record the video and if the product is missing, complain to customer care. Delivery agent number [protected] and PIN 8092 For this conversation, I attached voice call Audio.
Next, I take the video while opening the parcel. I shocked it is keyboard. I ordered a 1lakh rupees laptop, but the delivered product is a 1000 rupees keyboard. Furthermore, I am very fear about my money, it is my 2 years saving. Below, I attached Video for parcel opening.
Next few minutes I raised complain about this issue. Amazon customer care said they will arrange an investigation into this issue.
