I had placed the order for a Lenovo Laptop from Amazon website for Rs.1, 09, 990 with the Order ID:[protected]
They showed different product details and images on their website vs. the product that was delivered. Once that was confirmed that the details shown on their website were indeed different, Amazon accepted the request for return and refund and that's when the issues starting to begin.
Nobody, ever since then, has come for pickup since 23rd Aug (first day scheduled for pickup) and the logistics team falsely updates the system indicating Device verification failed and cancels the pickup without even visiting my doorstep for pickup. NO ONE calls from Amazon customer care team or the Social Media team, and there is no email communication from their company providing any sort o[censored]pdates on what is going on with this case. Every day the pick up is shown as scheduled and then after a few hours gets cancelled automatically showing some false/random reasons. I really need this laptop picked up and return as it was a very high value and I'm really tensed with how they have frauded me with this purchase.
Seeking all the possible help in escalating this and getting my full money refunded as soon as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. Was this information helpful? |
