Amazon India — wrong product delivered by amazon/cloudtail india pvt. ltd. | |||
Dear sir/madam, I dhivya vetrivel placed an order to amazon.in for buying a weber q 1000 gas grill (Titanium) My amazon.in order no. Is[protected] dated 21/09/2017 Order total of the item is rs. 16499.00- The payment method is credit card The billing address is:- Dhivya vetrivel C1-adi towers apparement, 8/9 sakthis fair lands, Kalapatti post, coimbatore 641048. I have placed the order for gas grill weber q1000 and i received wrong product, i have received charcoal grill and the mrp for the same is 8495.00, the movement i complained they have taken the same and got the amount refunded. As i was very much disappointed with the time i have spent in ordering the same. They have given us the discounted price which comes to rs.16499.00 now they are charging rs.21995.00, is it a human error caused by cloudtail india private limited or its cheating.
