Amazon India — wrong product, mislead returns. | |||||
Hello, my name is sachin, i had ordered a product from amazon which is[protected], and i received a wrong product from the seller. I was very disappointed to see that, and in addition to that amazon person said that we don't provide the pick up for this item its seller fulfilled but after some other option discussions, the pick was arranged by her from, the professional couriers. Which was supposed to be picked up today, but after i checked the website, there is no any sign of pick up request, no status no tracking nothing. So i feel like i'm mislead again by amazon. I had purchased iphone 6 32gb grey mobile i used sbi debit card to purchased this mobile but cash back not yet received for purchase. Please tell me when will i get my cash back amount, kindly let me know as soon as possible. Order no[protected] order date- 11/08/2017. Thanks.
