Amazon India — wrong product sent many times | |||||
Sir I am the loyal customer of amazon who believes that amazon gives best services and its prime aim is customer satisfaction. But recent incidences changed my views about amazon, not only it frustrated me by sending wrong products many times but also had a bad experience talking with one of your executive from customer relation 'mr satish' who denied what i was asking for that is also fine but the main concern is he told me that he cannot assure me that in future it will not happen and these are his words 'can't stop reoccuring in future' If world renowned company amazon's employee says this words what does it mean? If i order something from amazon and wrong item is delivered amazon is not responsible. Great!!! Its not good for its reputation, he gave me the wrong information also at first said that my case was escalated on 4th may but actually on 2nd may and gave me some rubish reasons for it. Wrong products sent were Order no[protected] on 29 th april Sent me different brand jeans Order no[protected] on 15 th april Sent me different, used and altered jeans Order no[protected] on 24 th march Sent me different size I hope that amzon will look into this matter And do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered trimmer from amazon india today was its delivery date, but now i got a message that my order cancelled and returning to the seller, what the hell is happening here, i ever preferred amazon for online shopping, but this time i m totally unsatisfied with this happening,
