Amazon India — wrong product sent, won't refund | |||||
Hello, my name is sachin, mail id - [protected]@gmail.com I had ordered a product - hd clair stylish aviator spectacle eye frame/reading eyeglasses-unisex the seller is hd claire. On 14th june 2018, order id[protected] The seller has sent a totally different product and thick plastic frame, wrong cheap product. I have contacted amazon many times for this thing, and they want me to send this product back manually, take this print outs find a courier service etc.. For which i said this is not my duty leaving my own work, and because you have done this fraud, you should resolve this or arrange the pick up, or else refund me if you can't pick up.. They said each time that not possible, and can't refund either. This is very annoying and fraudulent, that they are making me to run around, this has happened many times before that they have sent a wrong product and to send that back i had to run around.
