We have ordered redmi (Mi) mobile, model 'y2', 4gb ram, 64gb internal memory (Amount rs.10, 999/- on 14.10.2018 at dealer of amazon shop at arakkonam, vellore district, tamil nadu 631 001. On the same day evening i went to shop to change the mobile colour rose gold instead of black one. The dealer refuses to change the colour in the order or cancel. We have noticed that the product will be delivered between 16th to 21st october 2018. Why the dealer refused. We want only colour change, not amount refund. I request you to change the order and send the rose gold colour of redmi y2.
