Amazon — No refund for 2 months | |||
I placed an order for a washing machine in Amazon on November 23 2020 and paid it using EMI option with ICICI credit card. EMI is Rs.628 for 12 months. Total amount paid Rs. 6999 Order#[protected] Koryo 6.5 kg Semi-Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (KWM6821SA) Email address: [protected]@gmail.com However, I have not received the product and it has been 2 months since I have placed the order. Amazon is not processing the refund for some reason. I now have 2 months bill generated. I also have late payment free since I did not pay the first month's bill. I just want amazon refund the charges including the late payment fee since I did not receive the product till date and Amazon is not doing anything about this. I have been chatting / calling amazon support 2 or 3 times a week and spending hours but they don't seem to have any continuity. I have to explain the whole thing again and again every time I chat or call which I actually did but even so there is no resolution for this. All they say is they have initiated the refund and ask me to wait for a few days. This keeps happening till now. The order status is still showing as preparing for dispatch which is totally ridiculous. I heard about this website from a friend and so I'm posting the issue here.
