[Resolved] Amazon — not refunding the amount for product returned | |||
I have ordered a boat rockerz 255 bluetooth earphone with order id #[protected] from amazon and have replaced the item as it was not working properly the audio was cracking and the replacement unit i got was also defective and had the same issue as the previous one so i returned the item on 6th of feb. I have logged a return request prior to delivery and have return the product with its original packaging and accessories as i received it. And the product was checked by amazon agent while returning and he specifically took it out of the box and matched its description and asked me about the problem i was facing and also he matched the item with the photograph he had in his device and logged the return request as received. Now amazon is saying we have received an old and different product and not refunding my amount of rupees 1099. And now they kept my returned product and money too. This is a blatant fraud, i have been patient for so long and my numerous Chat with their associative had me no resolution. Mar 1, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved They have called me back and i explained them the situation and after that i got my refund back.
