It is very disappointing that i have to write this letter to you.. I have purchase mi power bank but unfortunately order has cancel without any intimation why i don’t know??

Sellers are crossing us if we contact them, amazon is not taking any responsibility if the seller won't deliver and there is no option to contact amazon customer care people directly it insists the customers to visit amazon account...

I am going through a horrible experience as well. Such a pathetic situation.

Please see the chat (Dinesh) from external quality and call back to me immediately.

I have not received any notice or something else i have mentally disturbed as well please take action regarding this issued another will i will complain about social network

*it's a totally miss managed service that amazon is giving services also
Totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are
Charging money on a regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not
Cooperative. The charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the
Employees, organizations because they don"t think about the customer and
They, are only worried about their quarterly profit.*

Where is the proof that my case has been escalated? I am really struggling
Hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys
Continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very
Beginning, i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and *highly
Unprofessional amazon service team*. I am trying to find my way to
Complain about you in public forum nothing more else.

*what i am looking for against my complaint???*

1. *i would like to file my extreme dissatisfaction with the amazon

2. *what a beautiful solution! *
3. *amazon management can you please tell me???*

I m still suffering to get the resolution on this. On amazon side, they
Are providing me daily a new resolution date and ultimately failed to get
Me any information on this. Now it’s a peak of testing my patience level.

Amazon all senior due to logistic issued and i want to full compensation,
Nothing more else. *

In the end, just requesting you to please expedite my concern so that i can
Get some sort of respite.

*my complaints against amazon team:*
1. Failed to deliver the product within the committed time while placing
The order.
2. Lack of service even after getting 100% money from the customer.
3. The customer was treated in an arrogant way by amazon executives.

*kindly do needful immediately and as soon as possible and take action
Nothing more else also will be should give best services of valuable
Customer.*

Please escalated this matter to concern department and as soon as possible call back my number.

I want to compensation...

Note: — here am sharing my bitter experience with amazon, to create awareness.
About the fraudulent works done by total amazon team. Please escalated
This matter to senior person as well as audit this call from the internal
And external quality department and waiting for your resolution.

A lot of times people are cheated because of lack of awareness from their side and salespeople take advantage of this. Once a loan is sanctioned and disbursed, there is a little that can be done to reverse the damage.

Dear Mr. Jeff,

Please see the below mail and picture is totally clear that your different different executive given different different information to me why I don't know??? Why you misguide to valuable customer repeatedly, as your previous mail (Mis. Piyali) and she assured that the order will deliver within 48hrs why she did not investigate the situation and wrong information given to me??? And today I have received mail from your one agent Miss. Anusha, what is this????

Is there right way to talked with customer, all type are nonsense, foolish and ### like information??? How can they treat customers like this way???

I didn't get any benefit for ordering that from amazon. If I didn't order then I would have at-least got bank interest. If I got refund earlier I could have made decent profit by investing in stock market when market crashed this week.

I am so disappointed using this service.

I always try to order only products fulfilled by amazon. If this is what happen when I order from amazon fulfilled seller then what will happen if we order from other sellers in amazon?

Amazon is charging a lot of money to deliver any product to the given address,
but not delivering the product and not answering to the clients.
Sellers are crossing us if we contact them, Amazon is not taking any responsibility if the seller won't deliver and there is no option to contact Amazon CUSTOMER CARE people directly it insists the customers to visit Amazon account.

The first question is why Amazon is selling some one's product, why the customer is supposed to contact the seller when order is not delivered. Amazon charged a huge amount to delivery the order then why Amazon is not taking any responsibility?

Amazon is not even responding to customer queries, Amazon is cheating with the prime customers, nothing more else..

I want to full amount of compensation in this order, although last fours order I have not received in from of Amazon pay balance on buying two or more eligible items.

Dear Mr. Jeff,

Dear amazon India team please shutdown your services in India if your unable to provide proper services, your not even responding to our complaints. I never expected these kind of services from amazon India.

Today i have received call but he unable to given proper resolution. Please audit this call from external quality department and call back from higher escalation management team, continuously I'm receiving false commitment from your different different mailing team (Miss. Piyali, Mill Anuskha). .What should I do???

I have already contacted so many times by mail but didn't get any response from amazon side. I want to full amount of compensation..

Amazon staff is very, very careless, they don't care for prime customer time as well as money. I have been contacting Amazon chart support, past 1 week but still, they didn't given respond to me and even they didn't contact me. Amazon is eating customers' money without service. It's very rude to change the order status before delivering the product, Amazon changed the status of the order to delivered to the customer directly. Amazon is just cheating the customers.

I think amazon India is most cheating shopping website and they will never will deliver my orders.

This seems to be too irritating and frustrating for me since I have to chase these guys so many times and they are now not returning my money like as compensation and nor delivering the product. All i want is my money back now and strong action should be taken against the company for repeated false commitment.

I wanted to say that how can amazon customer chat support and mailing team also lie. No single proper response they provide.

After having such a situation, i checked the seller's review and there are lots and lots of people saying same thing about the seller. Still company like amazon has kept the seller and haven't banned it or removed it.

This is really frustrating, as this is just one seller i have raised complaint again, but i had issue with another seller too from amazon.
Amazon should take this really seriously, because their brand will surely get a hit because of such sellers.

This is pathetic and this is not the forth time i have faced such service disappointment from amazon.

Please escalated this matter to concern department and as soon as possible call back my number.
