Amazon — refund dispute | |||
Am expecting the payment of rs.1, 099/- from amazon india for the order no.[protected]. When i checked with amzon, i got a update from their end saying that refund is done on january 19, 2020 and the reference no is 093440. But its not reflected in my bank account yet. When i called my bank they also said that its not credited. From past 1 week am following it up with amazon that time they were saying that it will reflect in your account with in 4 working days. I ordered iPhone xs max 256gb on 16th jan I sent full amount threw my debit card but I canceled the order on that day but refund is not yet done and the referral number is 74332740017001674366152 please resolve the issue soon.bank also not resolving issue even amazon also so...I want to buy iPhone ..please refund me as soon as possible
