Amazon — wrong product provide

I would like to lodge a complaint against amazon.in as they did not provide the mobile covers and earphones with the product one plus 6t as described on the website and also promised by their support staff over phone of which i have a recorded phone conversation.
Now, when i raised this issue with their concerned readdressal team they are denying any such offer with the product.
[Nov 09, 2018] Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
