Amazon.in — Delivery Services and customer care | |||||
We purchased One plus 3 mobile handset from amazon mobile application because it is only available at amazon. On 11 august 2016 Delivery boy called from +91 [protected] and promised to deliver next morning as our payment mode was card swipe. On[protected] at 12:59 pm, i filled issue with customer care (Mr. Sai) and received cntct number of new delivery boy (i.e. +[protected] and filed complaint against previous delivery boy. I have received a sorry mail on behalf of amazon. This number couldn't be even dialled (it seems call receiving was blocked). On[protected] at 06:22pm we again contacted customer care to get our order tracked and know status. We were again promised to deliver within confirmed date of[protected] even if delivery has to be made at 1:00am. Suddenly at 8:38pm I received text message from amazon that delivery cannot be made due to additional address requirement. I didn't received even single call from delivery boy to coordinate to reach my location. I immediately called customer care where they expressed their inability to deliver due to lack of information about nearest landmark and asked me to wait till next day 2pm for delivery to come that too without any guarantee of delivery date and time. It is inacceptable that during 1st delivery attempt address was found and delivery boy could call us and during second delivery attempt suddenly address was incomplete and nobody is taking responsibility.
