[Resolved] Amazon.in — No refund for delivering wrong product
I ordered HP Pavilion 15-P204TX 15.6-inch Laptop (core i5-5200U/4GB/1TB/15.6 inch/Windows 8.1/NVIDIA GetForce 830M) from amazon.in on[protected]. My order id is[protected]. Amazon fulfilled seller name is ROCKY MARKETING. I was shocked when I got 13.3 inch laptop on[protected]. I asked refund on that day itself. I didn't get any refund even after 2 weeks. I didn't get any benifit for ordering that from amazon. If I didn't order then I would have atleast got bank interest. If I got refund earlier I could have made decent profit by investing in stock market when market crashed this week. Got email replay from their customer service executive that I should stop contacting him as he already asked his head to refund money. How can I stop contacting them when I didn't get any refund? How can they treat customers like this way? I always try to order only products fulfilled by amazon. If this is what happen when I order from amazon fulfilled seller then what will happen if we order from other sellers in amazon? I am attaching some photos to prove that I got wrong product. There are 2 stickers with configurations and barcodes on the cover of the laptop. One sticker has configuration of laptop I ordered printed on it and the other has printing of configuration of 13.3 inch laptop inside the cover. I have more hi-resolution picture proofs. But I can't post them as your limit is 2MB.

Got refund today. Hope they take more care while handling high value refunds. If they can't reduce delay in high value refunds then they should either pay small compensation or give special offers.
