Amazon.in — Reimbursement of Cancellation Charges | |||||
Dear Sir/Mam We, M/s Shiv Enterprises having a small business of wooden Handicrafts and are also selling our Products on E commerce website i.e Amazon.in (in the name of Shiv Enterprises) from last few months. Amazon have deducted unnecessary cancellations charges from our account. Actually there was some shipping related issues from Amazon end, that we couldn't able to ship the product on time due their limited capacity of shipping services. So the orders got cancelled itself and Amazon had imposed penalty on us. I have contacted to them thousand of times but they are not replying and responding back to us.
