I would like to inform you that ambuja cement (Ambuja gold) that we have used as per your dealers and ambuja engineer suggestion ambuja engineer visited at our construction site and check whole quality of construction products and as per his suggestion we use all things with suggested quality and amount. We had used ambuja plus cement as suggested by your dealer and marketing team manager of palampur (Kangra) region, we had used your product as per your processing specification in presence of your area manager at the time of slab execution (2015). Right now the current condition is that slab is full of cracks everywhere and water is crossing through these cracks resulting rooms roof getting wet in excess during raining time. It’s my humble request to fix out this problem and provide necessary solution to get it fixed as soon as possible to stop more spoilage of building.
