American Express India — misleading information false commitments about offers and charges
It is about their diwali offer if tanishq vouchers rs.25000/- for spending rs. 475000/- in november 2018.
I am very disappointed by the things have experience though americans express.
On 30th november 2018 i have spent around rs. 415000/- out of 475000/- and tried to spent rs. 70000/- whole day that is 30th november 2018 but couldn’t execute even though i have limit. This is purposeful done by amex. To avoid vouchers.
I had tried till midnight to execute the transactions and also contacted customer care 10 to 12 times but not able to send.
Next day on 1st december 2018 i had contacted customer care they informed me to do the transactions of rs. 70k and they will consider the transactions for the diwali offers.
It’s totally unfair do earn someone’s money without any faults.
This particular case pending from one and half months without any solutions but other side even though i have made full payment with delayed for his 5days you have been charged me an interest of rs 16000/- plus tax. Why this double standards of services.
They have to hear your customers also just putting finger on to system doesn’t work.
Genuinely, i have spent an amount of rs.475000/- to grab the offer but the americans express has some hidden things which are now preventing me the offer voucher as well as financial charges.
It’s very frustrating to get nothing and in return the huge interest as reward of spending money on the transactions of rs. 4.75lacs.
