American Tourister — suitcase damage

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have purchased American Tourister suitcase for 7k on 3rd March 2018 in SPENCER'S RETAIL LIMITED Resapuvanipalem 530013. Model number : 64O[protected] ID 73630205 AMT LOGAN 79cm M. N. Blue.

Suitcase Handle got broken on 23rd April 2018 have checked with Spencer supervisor but they not responded properly and also they replied it's not possible for replacement in a rudely manner.

Kindly check and help on this ASAP as I am traveling on site, (USA) 27th April 2018 and also do help to get the replacement with quality suitcase. Thanks in advance.
