Amity International School — hold gratuity and 3 months basic salary and harassment by principal

Good morning sir
I was teacher in apollo international school bari sonipat haryana. I resigned from this position on 6 the may 2019. The principal hold my pf, basis three month salary and not approving my gratuity. They are not attending my call. During service period they harassed me mentally and blamed for theft.
Please take required action against school.
