I purchased a mouse of amkette and after using it for 15 days, it stopped working. I took it to amkette service center which they have hidden in such a cheap place that even being from kolkata, i gone crazy finding it out. I went to them, they replaced it with a repaired one, i accepted it and after 7-10 days, it started showing problems again. I again went to them and they refused to replace it and even asked for money for repair when there is 3 yrs complete warranty. They asked me to talk with their head office. I mailed them and they replied me to send it at my own cost to mumbai and they will send a bigger size mouse because this one was not even fitting in my hand. The mouse is fallen in my garbage now. Their own staffs were discussing about massive complain against cheating people like this with other consumer products i heard when i sitting there in the service center. Only 2 people work in a service center. Beware of these bloody fraudsters. They r picking items from footpaths in china, and selling them with their label. Don't buy even a cd/dvd with the brand name amkette. They are cheaters. Was this information helpful? |
