Amount Not Credit In My Account — amount credit in axis bank but phone pay showing amount has been credited

Dear team,

One of my friend send me money in 2841 rs through phone pay and showing me your amount has been credited in your axis bank account but still no amount we have received while i was connect with axis customer care number he was told me we have not received any amount from phone pay i was connect to phone pay he was saying we have received utr from number from axis bank but still they guys are denied to received any payment.
And i had also word with indus sind bank he was saying he will take 3 working days to resolve this so please help me to get out i have already spend 60 rs and more to get in touch with axis bank
