I gave my Mac book pro mid of 2012 model issue was my laptop was not working, they check my Laptop and informed me to take your laptop, they told you have given to some one and some parts are missing. I asked them can I know the name of the part which is exactly missing from my laptop. They told not parts but some screws are missing with out screws they can't repair. I got pissed off. Very poor customer service.
