AMR Infrastructures — check bounces and no response

We purchased our shop from amr nd they said abut asured returns for years till the building buid bt their is no progress in construction nd checks start bouncing and whenever ask for check nd money they said we have no funds what can i do so i can get my whole money back which is about 3500000

Reference to AM-5405, AMR is not paying committed assured return and cheating their investor /customer. Since from March 2015 onward I am not receiving any payment even no 73AMR official are attendening our call .Please help me to get my asured return
