[Resolved] Amrapali Castle - Greater Noida — Poor construction, delay in providing common facilities | |||
poor construction, no repairing of internal roads, no proper drainage of rain water, most of the time lift area was flooded with rain water as there is no provision provided by builder for proper drainage. Many times we complained it to Amrapali authorities including their director. No action taken so far. No parking area allocated/completed by builder, no club house, swimming pool is not ready so far, no proper plantation, no firefighting system activated, internal shaft is incomplete, no finishing. It seems that builder is not interested in completing this project. Electricity meter is yet to be installed. Was this information helpful? | |||
