Amrapali Group — cancellation and refund request

I booked a flat in amrapali adarsh awas yojna in december 2015. Till now, no construction have started. My unit number is a1 10 06. I really dont know what to do as i got a call from investor clinic informing me about the horrors of amrapali builder as they will not start construction because of no money. Since i have a subvention plan and i already had paid them the amount and the bank from where my loan is running has already given them the said amount. Is there a way to get rid of this? I want cancellation of my flat and wants refund. A compete fraud company. Have booked a flat in amrapali awas yojna. It was the worst mistake of my life to book a flat with amrapali in their adarsh awas yojna. They had taken money as per their terms and not even the digging work has started till date. On asking to quit from the project, they are not even paying the money back. Government and regulators are all puppets in their hand and no one attends the calls and if you visit their site office then, they don't have any replies. I just want a cancellation and wants a refund.
