Amrapali Group — construction status

Sir, i have booked a flat unit no. T - 403 in amrapali jaura heights, gh-02 tech zone iv greater noida west district gautam buddha nagar (Up) in october 2013. Till up to september 2016 i have paid rs. 19, 81, 245 /- through bank cheques. Delivery of flats was on december 2017. Till may 2018 i have not received any information regarding it's construction. I request your good self to file a complaint against the amrapali group why they have not delivered the flats to us in right time. I tried many times calling them on their mobile number but they are not picking up phone. Latest information may be provided to me on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com my contact number is [protected]
