I have booked a flat in Amrapali Golf Homes A1-1705, under subvention scheme in which builder is supposed to pay the interest portion of the Home Loan. For this scheme, the overall cost of the property was also increased but since it would have been difficult for me to pay the EMI and rent side by side, I have chosen this scheme only.

But it is for over 8 months since the builder is not paying the interest amount of the loan. They are not even replying to my request. This causes extreme hardship for me to pay the full EMI and also the rent for my present accommodation.

I have booked 3 BHK in Enchante, Dream Valley Project and paid 20% initially.

I am following the Amrapali site personal but not any getting update from them.

Please help to resolve the problem.

This is serious our hard earned money is put for our dream house.

I am also facing the same issue, I have booked 3 BHK in Enchante, Dream Valley Project under subvention scheme.

But builder is not paying the interest and i am getting multiple call from bank and notice for account NPA. Please suggest what to do.

@ Suneel, please share your contact number, so that all Enchante buyers can make a group and plan for further action.
