Amrapali Group — not paid interest to bank

I had booked one flat in amrapali adarsh awash yojna tech zone plot no o2 greater noida wear u. P. Launched in dec 2015. I had purchased this flat in subvention plan & paid 40% amount. No construction till date. Amrapali is not paying interest of from from six months. I am getting reminder & notice from bank but no effect on amrapali. They are totally cheating to buyers. Please help me & take necessary action against amrapali...

Hello

If a builder is not providing you possession or interest during delayed possession. You should wait for long, and you should file a complaint before RERA or NCLT.

It is very fast and inexpensive, if the company files insolvency you will not get anything.
