Amrapali Group — Refund money for cancelled project

i booked in f-14, 1908 flat in courtyard by paying 6.5 lakhs in 2014 and they inform it to me in April 2016 they dump/cancelled that project. We are following up with their offices in noida after giving written application in April 2016, they are not refunding money which they have kept with them more then 3 years . Forget about the intrest money. Please advise what to do.

My name is Amarendra Kumar Singh. I have booked a Flat for dwelling unit D1-1505 on 15th Floor of Project Amrapali River View under the builder named Amrapali Leisure Valley Developers Pvt. Ltd in 2014 and made payment of amount Rs. 6, 70, 000/- and also have paid Rs.9, 95, 589/- by cheque on 04 Oct 14 after availing home loan from Air Force Group Insurance Society (AFGIS), New Delhi. The Amrapali Builder could not provide me legal documents for the dwelling unit as I had to produce the same to AFGIS. Therefore I have requested them to cancel my booked unit D1-1505 and they readily accepted my request for cancellation and started cancellation process. They have refunded only Rs.9, 40, 492/- towards AFGIS in five installments. The loan amount taken by me from the AFGIS was 9, 95, 589/- but Rs. 55, 097/- is not refunded which I have paid to AFGIS from my hard earned money which has caused me financial hardship and great burden. As on today, total amount of Rs. 6, 25, 097/- is due to me by the Amrapali Builder. I have made enough correspondence to the Amrapali Builder
through e-mails and telephone. But, they never responded to my query and neglect to
listen my hardship and burden. I have wasted lot of time in trying to contact the builder but they are always out of reach or not attended any call made by me. Kindly look into the matter.
