Amri Hospitals — couldn't get appointment of dr sujit chaudhuri because the operator did not attend the phone call.

I was asked to call for an appointment with dr sujit chaudhuri on september 3, 2018 at 8 am. I had called several times but from the said time but the operator did not attend the phone. And as a result i could not get an appointment. My patient is suffering from cirhosis of liver. When the operator attended it was afternoon. As i narrated him the incident he completely denied and blamed me of lying and disconnected the call. I have proof for my words.
